3.3. Meet in **safe, public locations**.
3.4. Sellers who allow buyers into their home assume full responsibility.
3.5. Buska does not recommend home-based sales unless the space is safe and suitable.
3.6. Buska is not liable for fraud, theft, injury, disputes, or any incidents.
4. Responsibility for Listings
All listing content is the sole responsibility of the user who posts it.
Buska does not verify or validate listings.
5. User Conduct
Users agree to use Buska legally, honestly, and responsibly.
Prohibited actions include:
* Posting illegal items;
* Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent content;
* Using manipulated images;
* Providing intentionally deceptive information;
* Offensive, abusive, or discriminatory content;
* **Posting fake, manipulated, purchased, or deceptive reviews**;
* Reviews intended to damage another user or competitor.
Manipulating ratings or reputations may result in suspension or permanent removal.
6. Limitation of Liability
Buska is not responsible for fraud, disputes, losses, defects, damages, or incidents arising from user interactions.

7. Payments & Subscriptions
All payments are processed through secure third-party providers.
Buska does not store financial data.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds for Buska services are available **only after one week**.
Refunds do not apply to user-to-user transactions.
