Buska Account Deletion

This page explains how Buska User and Buska Pro users can delete their account or request help with deletion.

You can start account deletion directly inside the Buska app.

Delete your account in the app

Open Buska User or Buska Pro.
Sign in.
Open your profile or account settings.
Choose Delete Account.
Confirm the request.

Buska Pro business accounts

When a Buska Pro business account enters the deletion process, its business profile, categories and listings are hidden from customers. Where the recovery/archive period applies, the account may be retained for up to 30 days before permanent removal.

If you cannot access the app

Email Buska.contacto@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account.

Include your full name, registered email or phone number, and whether the account is Buska User or Buska Pro. Buska may request verification before processing deletion.

Information that may be retained

Limited records may be retained when required for legal, financial, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or legitimate business-record purposes. Reviews or ratings may remain in anonymized form where appropriate.
